En los restaurantes u hoteles tur\u00edsticos, el o la quechua vestida con los atuendos coloridos es \u201cusado\u201d, por la industria del turismo, como maniqu\u00eds para exponer los tejidos caros u ofrecer cartas de comida \u201candina\u201d que casi nunca prueban.<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La pasada semana, ante la concesi\u00f3n de la totalidad de la compra venta de los tiques de entradas al Santuario del Machupicchu a una empresa privada, el sector del turismo local, junto a originarios quechuas, decidieron cerra el ingreso a dicho lugar tur\u00edstico, exigiendo la derogaci\u00f3n de dicha determinaci\u00f3n del Ministerio de Cultura.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo y en qu\u00e9 le beneficia el negocio del Machupicchu al pueblo quechua?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Al igual que en Chichinitz\u00e1 (M\u00e9xico), en Tikal (Guatemala), o en Cop\u00e1n (Honduras), la policrom\u00e1tica industria del turismo marca Per\u00fa, promovida por el bicentenario estado etnof\u00e1gico, lejos de beneficiar a los pueblos \u201cnaturaliza\u201d o \u201cnormaliza\u201d la condici\u00f3n de la colonialidad y el colonialismo en las y los quechuas del Cusco.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_655\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-655\" style=\"width: 960px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" data-attachment-id=\"655\" data-permalink=\"https:\/\/ollantayitzamna.com\/?attachment_id=655\" data-orig-file=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/ollantayitzamna.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/quechua4.jpg?fit=960%2C640&amp;ssl=1\" data-orig-size=\"960,640\" data-comments-opened=\"1\" data-image-meta=\"{&quot;aperture&quot;:&quot;0&quot;,&quot;credit&quot;:&quot;&quot;,&quot;camera&quot;:&quot;&quot;,&quot;caption&quot;:&quot;&quot;,&quot;created_timestamp&quot;:&quot;0&quot;,&quot;copyright&quot;:&quot;&quot;,&quot;focal_length&quot;:&quot;0&quot;,&quot;iso&quot;:&quot;0&quot;,&quot;shutter_speed&quot;:&quot;0&quot;,&quot;title&quot;:&quot;&quot;,&quot;orientation&quot;:&quot;0&quot;}\" data-image-title=\"QUECHUA4\" data-image-description=\"\" data-image-caption=\"&lt;p&gt;wawas quechuas. En consecuencia, \u201cno podemos, ni bebemos exigir otras funciones o roles con derechos. O.I.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>A una colega comunicadora del Cusco escrib\u00ed y pregunt\u00e9 sobre el paro indefinido por Machupicchu. \u201cEs pelea de blancos\u201d, me respondi\u00f3. Y es cierto. Es una disputa entre blacoides, generado por el racista Estado gamonal, para controlar y beneficiarse del negocio racista y casi esclavista del turismo en Machupicchu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Venda quien venda los tiques de entrada al Machupicchu, las y los quechuas seguiremos cargando bultos de turistas como si fu\u00e9semos llamas. Nuestras hermanas o hermanos seguir\u00e1n de empleados dom\u00e9sticos, si acaso mozos o hosteleros envueltos con atuendos coloridos para que el turista deje su dinero al patr\u00f3n blancoide. Al grado que cuando ese inmoral negocio, con producto ajeno, corre riesgo, entonces, nos \u201carrean\u201d a las calles para protestar en defensa del \u201cpatrimonio cultural Per\u00fa\u201d. \u00bfSer\u00e1 que muchos no nos damos cuenta de esto?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 hacer como quechuas?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Los derechos colectivos de los pueblos, en el campo jur\u00eddico, con sus 30 a\u00f1os de vigencia ya tiene mayor\u00eda de edad. El Convenio 169\u00ba de la OIT, como las declaraciones de la ONU, establecen que los estados nacionales deben reconocer a los pueblos originarios, restituir sus territorios (existe jurisprudencia de las sentencias de CIDH), devolverles sus sitios sagrados.<\/p>\n<p>Fundamentaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica para exigir la restituci\u00f3n del Santuario de Machupicchu, Ollantaytambo, Sacsayhuaman, Pisac, etc., al dominio y crianza del pueblo quechua existe. Lo que falta es el sujeto pol\u00edtico quechua.<\/p>\n<p>Es decir, para exigir y conseguir los quechuas la devoluci\u00f3n del Santuario del Machupicchu debemos asumirnos y organizarnos como pueblo quechua (superar el trauma de la reforma agraria que nos hizo campesinos).<\/p>\n<p>Esta transici\u00f3n de ser objetos culturales a ser sujetos pol\u00edticos no es \u00fanicamente tarea o desaf\u00edo de quechuas rurales. Es un desaf\u00edo de toda la poblaci\u00f3n gen\u00e9tica y\/o culturalmente quechua que cohabitamos en el llamado Per\u00fa y en Abya Yala.<\/p>\n<p>Es un desaf\u00edo no s\u00f3lo de la auto deconstrucci\u00f3n de la ef\u00edmera \u201cidentidad peruana\u201d que nos cubre como barniz delgado, sino de pensarnos y sentirnos parte de una comunidad\/pueblo quechua con genes y cultura propia.<\/p>\n<p>Si conseguimos superar el auto desprecio que nos habita por lo que somos, y aceptamos nuestro ser quechua ayllu, estaremos dando el primer paso para forjarnos como sujetos sociopol\u00edticos. Entonces, ya nunca m\u00e1s seremos pintorescas piezas de museo o parte de la ex\u00f3tica fauna silvestre.
